Repeat test: You may want to repeat the test to know if it really was West Nile. If, however, you feel well, you may decide you do not need to know as there is no specific treatment. The IgM usually turns positive first and then the IgG later. Your IgM may be either a false positive (IgM tests have a high rate of false positives in general) or it may have been on the way up.
