Simple: Pick up your yellow pages and go on-line to find aa. It is free. It is confidential. There are meetings that are open. Meetings that are closed. Meetings in the morning, noon & night. Meetings 7 days a week. Meetings for smokers and meetings for non-smokers. Step meetings. There are some meetings that are just for aviators, or just for doctors etc. This is a place to find help and support.

Web site or 411: Go to www.Aa.Org and click on the tab for meetings and then find a local meeting, or look in the white pages of the local phone book. There is nearly always a listing for alcoholics anonymous.
