My son's nose is deformed so a deviated septum as i was told by a specialist and during his pe class while he is running, he breathing increases so can he be limited to the activities he does in pe? he can easily do everything else other than the running

Bad idea: He can breathe through his mouth and run and exercise the same as the other boys. Encourage your son to overcome challenges, not to look for excuses.

Your son's ENT has : to document his findings for the school to get your son excused from running until he has surgery for his deviated septum. Post-operatively, he'll probably write an excuse for PE till your son's nose is fully healed. Take the document to the school & request classroom modifications for PE under the Americans with Disabilities Act Section 504, based on what's called "other health impairment".
