Seek ENT eval: You need specialist evaluation for this for definitive fix IF it is a DNS. Other reasons for nasal obstruction do exist though which a good ENT will review and exclude. Sometimes two things or more are ongoing

Allergies?: Have you tried an antihistamine? If not, it's worth a shot. also other respiratory irritants can cause congestion: smoking, candles, perfumes, aerosols, chemical fumes. If you go fragrance free and an antihistamine does not help, then see a doc for evalution and treatment. Hope its something simple, like changing to an unscented detergent and getting rid of the fabric softeners!

Deviated septum: This can only be determined by physical examination. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.

Maybe so: You very well may have a deviated septum accounting for your nasal obstruction. However, there are many other conditions which might cause nasal obstruction such as nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis, enlargement of the nasal turbinate tissue, and others. You should see an ENT physician to answer your question.
