U are in error: Only certain types of small arteries with smooth muscle in their walls dilate and constrict, & they're doing that constantly as a normal process. When you exercise, those small arteries to MUSCLES dilate to supply more blood. Panic attacks happen in the brain, not muscles, & the dilation or constriction of arteries has nothing whatever to do with it. Where did you hear that outlandish notion?
