Urine volumes: If your urine frequency is associated with low urine volumes, then this reflects a bladder emptying problem. If your frequency produces normal or above normal volumes, then this suggests fluid excess being mobilized at night. Puffy face suggests fluid retention there. Perhaps nephrosis. Is there edema elsewhere? I recommend an eval with urine analysis, kidney function tests, serum albumin.
