Pain: Hard to tell from your description but generally if the problem is a nerve issue the pain can go anywhere. The nerves in the head and neck are very intertwined and the pain can travel anywhere they are. You should have it checked out

Shoulder and neck: All adjacent muscles ,tendons , ligaments and bones can be affected. Partly some causation of shoulder problems also affect the neck and face.on the other hand if a shoulder issue lasts for a long time then the body will compensate by using and hence straining adjacent muscles.. Collarbones that make sounds without pain r typically not worrisome.
