See a foot doctor: i doubt it is going to be anything you should worry about but for a peace of mind go to a foot doctor so you could ba examined assured or get treated good luck

Sensitivity.: It is not unusual for tingling feelings to occur after losing part of a toenail. The exposed nerve endings can be overly sensitive and remain so for a while. Monitor your toe and if you see changes that concern you, then have it checked out by a specialist.
