Many possibilities: Too many. Needing eye exam comes to mind. That it's constant would be consistent w/ that. See if a prescription for lenses helps. If not, see your doctor. Check BP at a pharmacy. It may take patience to track it down, but start there. Best!

Migraine ?: Your more than likely having migraines, which can cause vertigo/dizziness. low blood pressure can cause dizziness and blurred vision, but unlikely to cause headaches. Many with migraines can occur with blurred or altered vision. The only concern I would have if it was just one eye. If both, probably just migraine. If just one eye, with pain on same side, see Neurologist.
