While i'm eating sometimes i start feeling sick or i get really hot and start sweating. this is with any big meal i have not spicy foods?

Eating & sweating: It is not entirely unusual to sweat when you are eating. Your body undergoes physiologic changes when start digesting food. That being said, if you have noticed a significant change in this condition or it is excessive, it is worth having a routine exam to make sure that there are no other problems (for example: your thyroid). Any consistant stomach "upset" should be evaluated soon.
