It's the same: treatment. Although Adderall XR and Vyvanse tend to be considerably more robust. Focalin (dexmethylphenidate) XR and Concerta tend to be gentler as they work by one mechanism of action and not two as the others mentioned do and can be the better place to start. But first speak to your doc or psychiatrist about this. Take care.
