What foods will keep my blood sugar from spiking?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Avoid sugars and ...: A person who is trying to avoid a rapid rise in blood sugar after a meal can try avoiding foods and drinks with sugars (any type of sugar), and also avoid easily-digested carbohydrates such as simple starches.
