Go to ED: Emergent treatment of blood pressure needs to be done by trained professionals in a appropriately equipped facility. It is not something done at home or without direct supervision of a physician. If you are having symptoms of elevated blood pressure you need to be assessed. If you have a chronic history of elevated BP then compliance with your doctors recommendations will help control.
