Common: it is very common for injuries to hurt more the day after. From what you've described, it is unlikely you broke anything. But if the pain continues you certainly could see your doctor or go to an urgent care center for an x-ray.

Shoulder pain : Sounds like soft tissue injury , unlikely to be bony injury. Try painkillers , ice and rest . If not better then see doctor .

Shoulder pain: In a young patient it is unlikely to cause a fracture. However if pain is persistent and ongoing restriction of movement in spite of pain relief , see your doctor for examination and possible X-ray +/- uss right shoulder to rule out soft tissue injury.
