L4l5 disc herniation 6 months ago with sciatica. now i have burning pain in calf only after standing for 10 min. relief when i sit down. what can i do?

Get help: The burning represent inflammation or compression to the nerve roots at that location. Oral steroid dospak, epidural injections and surgical decompression are all reasonable, as is spinal,cord stimulation. Medications such as gabapentin, or pregabilin are most helpful in stopping the nerve pain. You need evaluation by pain doc to determine which is best for you. MRI and EMG should be checked.
