DEPENDS: If you are having symptoms only during a certain time of the year, you may only need it during that period (note that it takes 2-3 weeks for it to reach optimal effectiveness). It also depends on whether you still have allergic inflammation during the rest of the year when you don't have any symptoms especially if it was Rxd for asthma.
