Implantation: What this means really depends upon when your last period was. Check another pregnancy test. Depending upon how long it has been since your last period, the pink discharge could be due to the small amount of bleeding that can occur when the zygote is implanted into the uterus. If the pregnancy test is negative, the discharge could also be your period starting or could be a sign of infection.
