HEART PROBLEM: Diaphoresis or increased sweating is common to this congenital anomaly due to heart failure. However the survival rate of this kind of surgical repair is high. Please ask your surgeon for more explanation. Good luck!

Perhaps: In patients requiring significant surgeries such as the glenn/hemi-fontan, and later the fontan, any change in symptoms should be brought to your cardiologist's attention. T is better to ask and be reassured than not ask and regret it.

Possibly: Check with your surgeon. Infection can cause sweating and needs to be excluded. However, this may simply be an adjustment to a major surgery and change in circulation.

Depends: If he is otherwise fine, then it may be nothing to worry about. The good news is that children are much more stable after their glenn compared to stage 1. However, i would definitely discuss this with his cardiologist. There may be other issues, especially if he has other problems, difficulty eating etc.
