Yes (kind of): In general, pills with higher estrogen and lower androgen potency will help with acne, such as Yaz, (drospirenone and ethinyl estradiol) Ortho-Tri Cyclen, and Ortho Evra (others include Demulen, Brevicon, Modicon, Necon, and Mircette). As for sexual side effects, although OCPs may decrease androgens (thought to be important in libido), the particular pill doesn't seem to matter, nor do higher estrogen concentrations.
