Use by date: Just like milk cartons have a use by date before the milk turns sour, so do IUD's that are designed to expire as well especially for copper or hormonal IUD's. I hope you don't forget to change the oil in your car, well this is just as important and of course you could be pregnant. Please do a pregnancy test.
