Leg/foot pain: Burning pain in the feet/legs can be a sign of poor vascular perfusion and should be evaluated by a vascular surgeon with some urgency. Other causes might be muscular, neurologic, or joint-related. Depending on other factors, a DVT could be possible as well. Best to have an examination.

Burning foot: This may be nerve related. Should be evaluated for nerve entrapment versus other pathology.
