Antibiotics: A lot would depend on what your doctor auscultated jn your child's chest or if the doctor took a chest Xray

Not for congestion: You may have some paperwork that lists a diagnosis from the visit. I don't use abx for congestion, but I was not there. If the doc found a sinus or chest infection I would.
