Yes of course: your hand full of tendons that connect the fingers to the wrist and arm so any inflammation in the tendons will cause pulling and some time a nodule in the palm of the hand form if you have a problem see your doctor or see a hand surgeon good luck

Hello 2 days ago I fell asleep with a hair tie on my wrist. didn't feel tight. woke up with thumb and index finger numb. I think the circulation was blocked because I still feel a tingily/numb feeling in my thumb. will it heal itself?
Felt something pulling tight between my index and middle finger if my right hand. If I hold my hand with my fingers out straight and my arm straight and move my arm it does it in certain positions. No other pain or sensations in that arm.Any ideas?
I'm 33. Left index finger tip above first indent line hurts really bad, is swollen, and tight. I have no known injuries with my left hand.
Moderate-severe pain when moving or using wrist. Started few weeks ago, went away for a while but is back and worse. splinting helps a little, cant grip or make a tight fist or twist wrist without sharp excruciating pain. no finger involvement. ?
