40 or so: Re-evaluate the CPAP after as little as 20 lbs and certainly after 40lbs. Most people actually can completely stop the CPAP a few months after the Sleeve. Ask your sleep doctor if you can use a self-titrating machine at home while you are rapidly losing, or if he prefers to do a formal study after 40 lbs and again when you are at your new stable weight.
