Choroid Fissure cyst: A choroid fissure cyst is a benign cyst located at the level of the choroid fissure. They can be an arachnoid cyst, neuroglial cyst or a neuroepithelial cyst. They are throught to occur during embryological development. They are rarely symptomatic, but if growing, can manifest in temporal partial seizures, for example. Treatment in this case is removal of the cyst or draining contents. Few sx's.
