Should i be worried about a neuroepthial cyst located in the left choroid fissure region with numbness and tingling on left side.

Choroid cyst: No. A choroid plexus or neuroepithelial cyst is a benign mass. A cyst has to be large enough to put pressure on the surrounding brain. Also, a left-sided cyst would cause symptoms on the right side of the brain. A left-sided cyst would not cause left-sided symptoms.
