In a a echo of heart how much of the aorta can u c? can u c anything of the descending? if i ask him to watch more than the usual is it possible?

Not really: If the echo is just of the heart the descending won't be visualized much. You'll need an aortic ultrasound of the chest/abdomen or a CT Angiogram of the chest/abdomen to see the entire descending aorta it goes all the way down past you belly-button region.
