Go get a checkup!: I'm not certain if these symptoms are linked or not. Go see a primary care doctor for further workup and testing! Might be nothing or might be a treatable condition.

See a doctor: The combination of your symptoms suggests you shoule seek medical attention. There are disease that affect your lungs and kidneys together and these should be ruled out if it is truly blood in your urine.
