More info needed: Most identifiable causes of itchy scalp are associated with rash, scale, or other visible skin abnormalities. A thorough description or a good look at the scalp would be helpful. Any new hair/scalp products being used? Hard to think of a connection with dry mouth, unless you're using an antihistamine for the itch.
