Is the watchman device better for stroke prevention than xarelto? thanks

Xarelto=med,prevents clots without regular bloodwork warfarin needs. Pill, but w risk of bleeding. Both compare well to warfarin, no studies comparing to each other.Early days for WATCHMAN; likely will be used for normal hearts at first (normal valves).Weigh risks/benefits.
