My face colour is dark and lots of pimpels can i use penderm to make face colour fair?

Maybe not: An internet search revealed some panderm and penderm creams. They have ingredients such as antibacterials, antifungals, corticosteroids, and/or retinoids. Corticosteroids are not used in the U.S. For acne, except briefly. Since it is not sure what is in the "penderm" being asked about, one cannot tell if it is safe or useful to try the cream. Dark skin can react unpredictably to acne treatments.
