Scientific Rx: Assuming this is common acne, i urge folks to start with benzoyl peroxide and a topical Clindamycin solution, with a retinoic acid derivative if there are many blackheads. If this is insufficient the next step for a man is a systemic antibiotic that's right for him. Since only your face is involved and you do not describe anything worse, this will probably be sufficient.
