Get seen now: I am concerned that your sciatic nerve has been injured (mechanical trauma? vasculitis?) or you have had a transient ischemic attack. Even if you are okay to drive despite having had a seizure, get someone to take you to the emergency room.

See an MD: Although what has happened does not sound like a very major event and it could be due to muscle spasm rather than a neurological event ,with your history you must see a specialist to be sure ,

Go to hospital: You may have had a stroke, and if so, this needs immediate attention. Would not let this linger. You have complicated problems and these require close supervision to maintain stability. Get this addressed today.
