Mood swings are: a normal part of pregnancy. The hormonal changes in your body are the cause of these mood swings. Just knowing that they are transient may help. Take care of yourself, eat well, rest and get a good noght's sleep every night. This should help. You may want to talk to a therapist if the mood swings are severe to help prepare for parenthood which is a major change for a young adult.
