Temperature: This is a 100.4 degree temp in farenheit which is a very low grade temp and may be associated with teething or a mild upper respiratory infection. Keep an eye on the fever, if it goes over 38.5 c (101), call your pediatrician.

Temperature: A normal rectal temperature is 37.5 C. A temperature higher than that is a fever. At less than 4 months have her checked for a source. All the best. Temperatures taken other ways, oral, axilla, tympanic and forehead are not reliable.
