Possibilities...: If you don't have your period then it is possible you are pregnant although I see it is listed under your conditions. Anyway, this could be caused by a urinary tract infection, diabetes, other kidney or urinary issues less common. Make sure you see a health provider as soon as you can for evaluation and treatment.
