Monitor: You'd be surprised at how even minor "bumps" - even ones you don't remember - can lead to a bruise. I would encourage you to monitoring the bruise to make sure it's not growing or becoming painful. Also make sure your bruising elsewhere or bleeding from your gums when brushing your teeth, having bloody noses, blood in your stool or urine. These issues should prompt a formal evaluation with a doc
