See a doctor: Urine coming out of the navel is not normal, if it is indeed urine. Please see a doctor about this. It may be infected or there may be an abnormal connection between your bladder and your navel. You have to be more specific about your poop problem, if you're consipated eat more fruits and vegetables and drink plenty of water.
