Dehydrated?: Sounds like you may be dehydrated due to diarrhea. You should Increase your intake of fluids and electrolytes. If your "dizzy" occurs when you lay down as well as when stand up then you may have paroxysmal vertigo which is not likely related to the diarrhea at all. In either case both of these are self limited.
