Viral Syndrome: Sounds like you are coming down with a virus! if by dizzy, you mean the room is spinning- you may be experiencing vertigo; the nausea associated with vertigo can be treated with meclizine. So- if your symptoms continue you should see your doctor- but for now try some bed rest, hot tea, and tylenol (acetaminophen) should you get a fever. It should go away, but call your doctor in am if not better.
