Try ginger: Ginger can reduce nausea & upset stomach. You can drink slightly flattened ginger ale or nibble on crystallized ginger. Or pour boiling water over freshly sliced organic ginger & steep x 5 min in a covered pot. Sip.

Antacids: You can take calcium carbonate antacids like Tums during pregnancy for relief. You can also take Zantac (ranitidine). Its a good idea to avoid foods that tend to give you acid reflux such as chocolate (sorry), soda beverages, fried foods, Alcohol, high fat dairy foods, and caffeine. Best wishes!
