Ovulation: If you're breast feeding this is common. If not its still common to have some mild ovulation dysfunction post partum. See your OB/GYN for an evaluation. The treatment may include a provera (medroxyprogesterone) withdrawal and possible use of a birth control pill to regulate you. You workup needs to include a prolactin level and TSH and HCG.
