Sunglasses…: …are always a good idea when outdoors in sunlight to protect your eyes from uv rays. You want good ones that block both uva & uvb & have lenses that don't distort your vision. Are you under the care of an ophthalmologist? If not, i'd highly advise seeing one for the detached retina problem.
