Get seen: Sometimes bleeding at 4 weeks is nothing serious, but sometimes it is a sign of a tubal pregnancy or even a miscarriage (which is pretty common). Since you are having pain, get seen today or call your family doc for advice. If the pain gets worse, you have fever over 100, or you are dizzy, go to the ER right away (do not drive yourself)!
