Exam: Go to your primary care doc for an evaluation today. If you are feeling ill overall, with muscle aches and fever, eye pain can be part of the flu, especially influenza. Fall enteroviruses also can cause eye pain. A good fundoscopic exam is in order, and if your primary care doc doesn't suspect viral, he will refer you to an opthalmologist for further eval.

Inflammation : Pain with movement can come from a number of causes. If there has been no trauma and there is no swelling around your eyes, because may be related to inflammation of the eye muscles. This condition called myositis needs treatment with steroids. I would recommend seeing an ophthalmologist to evaluate and treat your condition. Good luck!
