I'll bet sinus: There are sinus cavities in that area and all sinus cavities are related to coughing - so they may be sinus headaches. They also could be migraine or some other variety but try OTC relief. If it has no effect, see a Dr. We have great ones here. One is Dr. Dariush Saghafi. Hope it helps.
