Over-use syndrome: This could be an over-use syndrome, a muscle/tendon strain or tear. Seek professional help to determine the severity in case you are making a minor injury worse. Consider non-weight bearing, an ace wrap for compression, elevation, alternating hot/cold treatments.

May have: Strained your one of the muscles that makes up your calf. I would try to do some basic stretching exercises, see: http://www.runnersworld.com/stretching/how-stretch-your-calf-muscles. Otherwise, take it easy over the next week at least, exercise wise. If you develop progressive pain or ankle swelling seek an inperson evaluation.
