Don't worry: If it just started, it will likely just go away on its own. Observe for things that make it better or worse. Give it a couple of days if it's not painful and try to distract yourself and do other things. It does not sound like a serious symptom. If it persists beyond a week or you develop any other symptoms or the sensation is worsening, see a doctor!
