More info needed: This appears to be a urinalysis lab report and describes some type of cells with the quantity listed per high power field under the microscope. The cells could be red or white blood cells. Your physician can advise you as he/she would have the full report. Possibilities include contamination of the specimen by menstrual bleeding or urinary infection or other kidney conditions.
