May represent contamination of the urine sample from vaginal cells, or; residual, resolving irritation and inflammation from treatment of recent infection, or; infection (new, persistent, or recurrent) involving urinary tract (UTI) or vagina (vaginitis) with or w/o symptoms. Suggest repeat appropriate cultures.
